Hioki 3541 Milliohm HiTester

Featured with Comparator and BIN Functions, the 3541 is a Resistance HiTester from Hioki. This single instrument can be utilized for the measurement of extremely low to high resistances within a range of 0.1 μΩ to 110.000 MΩ. The integrated comparator on this model can compare measurements with predefined upper and lower limits. The Hioki 3541 can output the comparator judgment results via RS-232C, EXT I/O, and GPIB interfaces. These interfaces also allow seamless integration of the 3541 into automated production lines.

With this model, the user can save around 30 different sets of measurement conditions, including settings for BIN and comparator measurements. Each set can be saved and later recalled by selecting a setting number. The saved settings can also be accessed through remote controlling. The Hioki 3541 comes equipped with a multipolar connector (INPUT B). It is a low-thermo electromotive force connector with tremendous noise immunity. The INPUT B is a viable solution for high-speed and precise measurements of large resistances. This Resistance HiTester maintains consistent accuracy since it has a self-calibration function. The instrument undergoes a self-calibration cycle at every measurement, at power on, and when measurement conditions are changed.

A Windows based Personal Computer can easily control the Hioki 3541. The user can have every function accessed remotely, with the power switch being the only exception. For temperature correction, the user can utilize the 9451 Temperature Probe or an infrared thermometer`s analog output. For quality control and process analysis, the Hioki 3541 offers a broad range of statistical calculation functions as well.
